Benchmarking Breakout: Exploring change in 7-day follow-up using the Heat map comparison matrices dashboard

In this session, we look at change in 7-day follow-up using the Heat map comparison matrices dashboard, an underutilised tool to understand exactly where improvement in 7-day follow-up is and isn’t occurring. With a focus on exploring demographic change – Age, gender, and ethnicity – this dashboard provides a deeper dive into follow-up rates for district services and the areas where change has occurred, using comparison between financial quarters.

Services can also compare their results to those of similar size; identify which districts are doing well, where and with whom; and potentially gain insight into areas of focus for service improvements.
