Te Pou Learning and Development Project Lead Jacqui Hampton shares the refreshed Reflective Practice e learning. The focus of this wānanga was the importance of maintaining a reflective practice, what it is and what it isn’t, and better understanding of the models and contracting required as both a provider of and recipient of a reflective practice.
This session was aimed at kaimahi, providing supervision and those who receive it.
