Whāriki He Aka Hui | Navigate Leadership Programme

The Kaupapa Māori,  ‘Navigate Leadership Programme’ created a space, that brought people together (regardless of profession, organisation, background or level in the organisation), to wānanga, grow and develop their inherent leadership capability and capacity. The honesty, vulnerability, personal development and relationships that developed was amazing.  Key outcomes from the programme, included the development of multiple action projects and relationships built across the sector and community.

Joseph Tyro, Ngāi Tahu/Te Ati Haunui-A-Pāpārangi/Ngāti Rangi, Director Māori Health, South Canterbury District Health Board and team will discuss the kaupapa of the programme and key achievements.
