New website for the KPI Programme
The KPI Programme has launched a refreshed website today, making it easier for kaimahi in mental health and addiction services to benchmark and access indicator dashboards, find resources, and sign up for online and in person events. Explore the new look KPI Programme website
Registered users will not need to re-register, and any links saved to ‘Favourites’ or ‘Bookmarks’ should also continue to work.
Six dashboards with national and regional information
The Programme’s six indicators are: seclusion, wait times, 7-day follow up, continuity of care, whānau engagement, and 28-day readmission. Each indicator has multiple dashboards, allowing users to filter and view information in different ways.
All information in our indicator dashboards comes from PRIMHD (Programme for the Integration of Mental Health Data), the single national data collection for mental health and addiction.
What’s new
- Access to the six indicators is faster and direct from the home page.
- From any indicator dashboard, find resources, events, and other supporting information.
- An expanded FAQ section to help new users get more comfortable quickly with the website, terminology, and indicator dashboards.
What hasn’t changed
The KPI Programme continues to support kaimahi working in the mental health and addiction sector to better understand the story behind the numbers. The Programme team continues to encourage exploration, reflection, and the sharing of good practice through:
- Benchmarking Breakouts – wānanga style, online sessions where kaimahi can connect, ask questions, and share how they are using the information gleaned from the indicators to improve service delivery.
- Custom Connections – online or in person, one to one or group learning sessions to better understand the indicator information.
- Forums – in person hui where our workforce comes together to learn from each other, share examples of improvement, and explore the indicators in safe and collaborative spaces.
Access for new and existing users
People who are already registered to access KPI Programme indicator dashboards will not need to re-register. Simply sign in with your email address and password on your first visit.
