As a leader at Waikato, Vicki has been part of the KPI Programme since the beginning, attending benchmarking hui in various roles. She also served as an adult stream lead before joining the sponsors group. Vicki brings strategic leadership to the role, working to ensure the programme meets the needs of the sector and provides access to meaningful data and information to improve services and outcomes for tāngata whai ora, whānau and communities.
