As Programme Lead for the KPI Programme, Sima brings a wealth of experience to the role across workforce development, mental health and addiction services, and public sector coordination at Te Pou, Waikato District Health Board (Te Whatu Ora Waikato), and the Department of Corrections to champion the use of data and benchmarking to improve outcomes for tāngata whai ora, whānau and communities.
