A representative of Aotearoa New Zealand at the Global Leadership Exchange (GLE), Richard has attended a number of international benchmarking and data metrics hui. He is proud of the KPI Programme and the mahi happening in the mental health and addiction sector using benchmarking to tackle complex system challenges and improve equity.
