Michelle originally from England, has lived in Auckland for more than two decades. She represents the National Directors of Mental Health Nursing (DOMHS) and is proud to be a KPI Programme sponsor, providing a clinical, hospital and specialist services perspective. She hopes that all services will be aware of and engage with the KPI Programme, and that they implement a data-driven approach to improve performance, measure success, and achieve better outcomes for tāngata whai ora.
