Jonathan Miller is a Team Coach at Pathways. His experience is in community‑based support and data‑informed practice. His frontline knowledge is complemented by his natural leadership ability: Jonathan is s rock star in the support worker workforce having been a keynote speaker at the Māhuri Tōtara Support Worker Summit in 2024 and contributing to The Difference Podcast.
As an NGO lead, Jonathan is committed to strengthening data understanding across frontline roles. He is passionate about making data accessible and meaningful so that support workers can see how their everyday mahi contributes to bigger system goals and better outcomes for tāngata whai ora.
Jonathan’s aspirations for the KPI Programme focus on ensuring that indicators and benchmarks are clear, practical, and connected to real experiences of support. He believes that when frontline teams understand the “why” behind the data, they are enabled to drive positive change.
