Since joining the KPI Programme as a child and youth lead in 2021, Emma has focused on raising awareness of the programme and promoting the use of data to reflect service impact and identify opportunities for improvement. Emma supports efforts to align quantitative data with the experiences of rangatahi through their mental health and addiction journeys.
