Deidre Florance is the Group Manager for Te Korowai‑Whāriki, Te Ikaroa Regional Forensic and Rehabilitation Inpatient Services in the central region. A master’s‑trained nurse, she has held senior clinical and management roles for more than two decades and brings extensive experience in forensic, rehabilitation and regional service leadership.
Deidre is committed to benchmarking, research partnerships and using high quality data to guide improvement and strengthen service consistency. She values culturally responsive, person centred care and champions continuous learning across teams.
