Benchmarking Breakout: Stronger together – A collaborative approach to whānau mental wellbeing

Join experts from Yellow Brick Road and Real who are working together to support families achieve positive mental wellbeing outcomes for the whole whānau. This presentation delves into an innovative model, which provides parents and rangatahi with their own unique support and advocacy, while bringing them together to define shared goals and enhance mental wellbeing for the entire family.
