Whāraurau lunchtime learning: Beyond the dashboard | Understanding child & youth MHA data

Register for this event register here. This one-hour, online training will provide you with an accessible introduction to the KPI Programme. Focusing on child and youth mental health and addiction services, this session aims to build understanding, spark curiosity, and encourage you to engage more confidently with data and information, whilst keeping young people at the centre of your practice. A live demonstration of the KPI Programme indicator dashboards will be provided, including how to read and interpret them, and how to benchmark your services PRIMHD data (Programme for the integration of Mental Health Data) against other services across the motu. Discussion will involve considering how data can be used alongside lived experience, youth voice, and workforce knowledge to deepen understanding and identify areas for quality improvement.
