Event Description
As services navigate growing demand, workforce pressures and changing patterns of engagement, group-based approaches are increasingly being used to improve access to care. They can help reduce wait times, ease staff caseloads and support more community-based, recovery-oriented and holistic models of care.
This forum will include presentations from:

This hui will create a supportive space for kaimahi across NGO and Te Whatu Ora services to share learning, insights and outcomes from running therapeutic groups for adults and whānau. Together, we’ll explore the practical realities of implementing group models, including what helps groups succeed, common challenges, and how these approaches can support better and faster care for tāngata whai ora and whānau.
This will be an open and conversational space where participants are encouraged to ask questions, share reflections and learn from one another.
