Join for an interactive one-hour wānanga exploring the 28-day readmission indicator.
We’ll explore questions such as:
- How does our district’s 28-day readmission rate compare with others across the motu?
- What factors might be contributing to these results?
- What opportunities do the data highlight for quality improvement?
- Why have national readmission rates fallen so rapidly since June 2025 after remaining relatively stable at around 13–14% for the past decade?
Benchmarking Breakouts are facilitated in a wānanga style, encouraging active participation, shared learning and open discussion. These sessions provide a welcoming and safe space to ask questions, share experiences and connect with colleagues from across Aotearoa.
