Benchmarking Breakouts: exploring the seclusion indicator

Join us for an interactive one-hour wānanga exploring the seclusion indicator.

Take an hour out of your day to reflect on seclusion data from across the motu, share experiences with peers, and explore how these insights can support quality improvement within your own service.

Together we’ll explore questions such as:

• How does our district’s seclusion rate compare with others across the motu?
• What factors might be contributing to these results?
• What opportunities do the data highlight for quality improvement?
• With seclusion and other restrictive practices increasing again, what are the key challenges to reducing seclusion in your service, and what practical approaches are making a difference?

Benchmarking Breakouts are facilitated in a wānanga style, encouraging active participation, shared learning and open discussion. These sessions provide a welcoming and safe space to ask questions, share experiences and connect with colleagues from across Aotearoa.
