Online

  • Jul 23, 2026 9:30 am - 10:30 am
Register for this event Join us for an interactive one-hour wānanga exploring the 7-day follow-up indicator.

Take an hour out of your day to reflect on 7-day follow-up performance across the motu, share experiences with peers, and explore how the data can support quality improvement within your own service.

Together we'll explore questions such as:

  • How does our district's 7-day follow-up rate compare with others across the motu?
  • What factors might be influencing these results?
  • What opportunities do the data highlight for quality improvement?
  • With 7-day follow-up expected to become a Te Whatu Ora balancing measure with a target of 80%, what challenges do we need to address to move beyond the national average of around 77%?

Benchmarking Breakouts are facilitated in a wānanga style, encouraging active participation, shared learning and open discussion. These sessions provide a welcoming and safe space to ask questions, share experiences and connect with colleagues from across Aotearoa.

Please note: This hui will not be recorded.
